Roles and Responsibilities

PR Strategy & Agency Business

  • Maintain senior level media relationships to ensure placement in key media and continue to develop a strong network of media contacts to ensure top coverage for our clients.
  • Advocating a ‘client-first’ approach, blending agency-wide talents to deliver against client briefs; and delivering stand out campaigns and service.
  • Keep abreast and in touch with key industry news, talent, and contacts.

Client Relations

  • Demonstrating sector and client business knowledge to deliver strategic client counsel
  • Create and implement a strategy to build engagement with clients, to help protect existing revenue; identify growth opportunities; and partner with new clients / projects.
  • Attend regular client review meetings and maintain senior contact as appropriate per client.
  • Ensure timely contract renewal conversations planned and managed with key clients.
  • Represent the company at key external events – to support new business initiatives and to recruit top talent.

Content & Strategy

  • Collaborating with the team to draft creative pitches and PR Plans
  • Presenting confidently to clients and offering sound creative solutions that are within scope and budget
  • Developing and implementing tactics on accounts working closely with the team
  • Implementing client strategies, ensuring deadlines are met and PR plans are being executed in a timely manner

What we’re looking for

  • Strong PR Agency experience within a fast paced team
  • Experience working with luxury travel or lifestyle clients
  • Ability to gain great coverage with strong journalist relationships across travel, lifestyle and trade media
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing junior members of the team
  • Communicate in respectful and thoughtful manner
  • Culturally connected, with a great nose for a story
