We are proud to have worked with The World’s 50 Best Hotels to develop a new edition of #50BestTalks that specifically focuses on trends, insights and secrets from some of the most revered hoteliers in the world. It will be the first time the global thought-leadership series is introduced as an official part of The World’s 50 Best Hotels event programme and will feature a roster of global hospitality pioneers. We partnered with 50 Best to help shape the content and speaker line-up that we felt would stand out and address pressing questions in for the travel industry.

On Monday 16 September, The Dorchester in London will host the owner and CEO of The World’s Best Hotel 2023, Valentina De Santis of Passalaqua, The Carlyle’s first female GM, Marlene Poynder, and movie star turned hotel mogul Krissada Sukosol Clapp are part of a glittering line-up of international figures who will share the highs and lows of heading up successful hotels. They will be joined by pioneering communications consultant Diana Banks and Knight Frank’s world wealth research expert Liam Bailey. In addition, Maybourne’s Rebecca Burdess will give a masterclass on the impact of hyper-personalised hospitality on guest experiences. With further insights from Rosewood’s Radha Arora, the man tasked with overseeing all facets of the worldwide brand’s intricate hotel and resort operations, #50BestTalks: Unpacked is set to be an unmissable exploration of what’s now and next in luxury hospitality.
